Don’t Like What You Did? Change Your Beliefs…
If You Can!
How many times have you perceived something and soon realized how wrong you were?
I am sure you can’t even remember exactly the last time. It happens so often we have gotten used to it and simply go on with our life.
However, perception shapes us in such a strong way we shouldn’t disregard it.
While some people believe we hold control over our life entirely, I cannot fully agree.
Our actions can be adapted willfully. Our beliefs cannot.
But they are impactable.
Beliefs are strongly held thoughts. We trust they are true and we let them impact our lives unconsciously.
In the end, decisions we make are based on our experiences and the person we have become as time went by.
And that person is based off of beliefs which have stuck and grown through those.
Every single choice we make shapes us.
Whether you decide to drink coffee this morning, to go out drinking with a friend tonight, to study coding this weekend, to have a smoke before starting work, by repeating similar choices over and over, we turn ourselves into a slightly different version than yesterday.
