I got super lucky because there was an old lady who cooked and sold her own bread every Saturday morning next to my flat (20 minutes away from a large station in the suburbs of Tokyo). It sold out in 30 minutes every week.

Had I known how to bake bread, I’m sure I’d have baked my own bread too!
