You Need To Accept Your Worries
Our daily lives are filled with worries.
Will I make it on time? Did I do this the right way? Will this be okay? What if this happens?
Such internal questions arise constantly and impact greatly our decisions every single day.
We have learned to live with those by going with the flow of things and doing enough around to avoid it becoming too impactful.
Yet, the action itself of looking to avoid worries is, as a matter of fact, already a problem in itself.
I recently saw this great quote:

We focus on worries so they keep coming back. It’s as simple as this. Because they are on our mind, they keep coming back to us.
We don’t make the world with what-ifs. So why should we focus on those?
Instead of focusing on the negative, the worries, we need to turn our attention back to positive aspects and goals.
Obviously, though, worries are still there. No matter how bad you want it, there will always be things that worry you.
